The Electoral Reform Commission has finalized the preliminary draft of its reform white paper, proposing binding statutory guidelines to govern the delimitation of parliamentary constituencies and eliminate decades of arbitrary boundary revisions.

Under the proposed framework, constituency boundaries will be calculated using updated decennial census figures and geographical contiguity metrics, preventing administrative gerrymandering designed to benefit specific incumbent coalitions.

The draft also introduces mandatory real-time electronic result sheet transmission from polling centers to public central servers, ensuring party polling agents and domestic election monitors retain verifiable paper receipts simultaneously.
